Major Players are working with an integrated agency dedicated to fashion and lifestyle and based in the heart of Central London. We are on the lookout for a dynamic Junior Account Manager to join our esteemed client's team. If you have 1-2 years of agency experience in client services or project management, then we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
As a Junior Account Manager, you will take the reins on our key accounts, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. You'll be the driving force behind the organisation, logistics, and administration, setting the stage for outstanding work to flourish. Alongside supporting various tasks and projects across the business, you'll truly make your mark as a pivotal member of our team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously organise team and project processes, from managing diaries to coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, fostering an environment conducive to stellar work.
  • Assist the senior team in orchestrating new business meetings, conducting thorough research on potential clients, and ensuring comprehensive briefings.
  • Take charge of crafting meeting materials, presentations, and decks in collaboration with the creative and strategy teams.
  • Participate in creative reviews and production meetings, ensuring clear objectives and actionable next steps.
  • Exhibit unparalleled attention to detail across all agency materials, from written content to presentations, showcasing pride in our output.
  • Become the go-to authority on assigned accounts, staying abreast of past and present work, account history, and industry trends.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with junior and mid-level clients, streamlining communication and logistics.
  • Foster internal camaraderie across disciplines and departments, forging connections with colleagues at all levels.
  • Embrace a flexible mindset, seamlessly adapting to evolving demands and plans.
  • Effectively manage time to prioritise the needs of the account, team, and client.
  • Coordinate internal and external status meetings, meticulously updating reports and ensuring follow-up actions are executed.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of agency experience in client services or project management.
  • A passion for fashion and lifestyle marketing.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to shifting priorities.
