Job description
An opportunity for a an expereinced software engineer to take the step into becoming an IT Architect within an organization that turly values data and how it is utilised to make better decisions.
What's in it for you:

- Analyze and interpret highly complex data to arrive at practical recommendations
- Collaborate with the wider teams including Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering

You will be a great match if you:
- A minimum 10 years of experience.
- Have experience with performance and optimization problems, a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent such problems,
- Have strong technical documentation skills, including the C4 Model and Architectural Decision Records
- Are a passionate developer across both front and back-end with extensive experience using Javascript, Typescipt, Node.js and React. Other languages (CSharp, C++, Rust for example) are also attractive skills for this role
- Have extensive expertise in cloud computing and native environments (AWS preferred)
- Have working experience in developing and deploying microservices in the cloud, and have a proven track-record in doing so
- Are hands-on with REST APIs and are able to apply Test Driven Development principles effectively.
- Care about privacy by design, security, testing, high-performance systems, and mentoring others, and have an inclination towards clear communication, inclusion and visibility
Bonus points:
- Experience working cross-functionally, and across locations and timezones
- Domain expertise in decentralized identity solutions
- Experience in developing systems with cryptography requirements
