Influencer/Social Account Manager - Marketing Agency
A dynamic and highly regarded marketing agency is searching for an Influencer/Social Account Manager. With long-standing relationships with well-known brands, this role will have you working on one of their largest clients. The Role:
You'll be working with a major retail client, managing influencer campaigns across various sectors, including fashion, beauty, tech, and sustainability. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and own the campaign process from strategy and creative ideations, to post campaign reporting and finance. The role requires strong account management experience, particularly in the influencer and social media space, as well as the ability to lead teams and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, managing both existing and new accounts
- Lead the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from strategic planning and creative ideation to post-campaign reporting and financial management
- Work closely with account teams and leadership to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all campaigns, pitches and projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, specifically working across influencer campaigns
- Agency experience
- Proven experience in managing teams
- Positive, collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple workstreams
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Passion for social media and staying on top of the latest trends
