Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, & mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of craft excellence, continuous innovation, & high performance.
- Drive creative strategy & execution for the most critical & high-visibility product initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives & brand vision.
- Partner closely with product, design, & engineering teams to concept & deliver best-in-class in-app creative experiences that delight users & achieve strategic goals.
- Push the boundaries of product design with thoughtful animations, compelling illustrations, & intuitive interaction models that significantly elevate user experience.
- Champion a high standard of creative execution that reinforces brand distinctiveness, enhances usability, & elevates the in-product experience.
- Contribute to & advocate for cohesive visual systems by collaborating seamlessly with design systems & brand teams to ensure creative alignment across all platforms & touchpoints.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading product-focused creative teams within fast-paced, high-growth consumer technology environments or similarly dynamic industries.
- Deep expertise in motion design, product illustration, & interactive storytelling, with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped product experiences.
- Demonstrated familiarity with design systems & libraries, & a track record of successfully integrating them into high-quality, scalable creative work.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across impactful, visually distinctive, & user-centered product experiences.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally & influence stakeholders across product, engineering, & brand teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize initiatives, focus team efforts on high-impact work, & navigate complex challenges.
