Head of Marketing (Recruitment)

£60-80k + 15% bonus and bens

Applicants will only be considered if they have;

Marketing experience from a professional services industry - particularly recruitment/executive search

Highly skilled in b2b content creation

Our client is a global market leader in the world of executive search in the commodities, industrial and consumer markets (including fmcg and f&b).

Established for over 15 years they have amassed a loyal client and candidate base, a staff force of 65 and offices including London, Brighton, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, Houston & Mexico City.

As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in the business, working in close partnership with the Creative Director, design team and sales team to produce and publish cut-through content and campaigns that elevates their brand presence, grows their client network, and increases inbound revenue generation. You will be working closely with our Chief People Officer to refine and implement the marketing strategy.

We are looking for a hungry, passionate self-starter who is looking for an opportunity to join a fast-paced team and business to create impactful relationship, content and campaigns quickly. The key driver of success in this role will be implementing the marketing strategy to drive a measurable and attributable increase in revenue.

The core pillar to the strategy is content - you will be adopting, adapting and implement the existing content-led strategy whilst bringing new and innovative ideas for how to market the business across their four regions. You'll work on building a strong brand message and identity across all channels (events, email campaigns, web pages and socials).

You'll be both creating and commissioning content assets such as blogs, reports, analytics, surveys, graphics, videos, etc and run the content calendar across LinkedIn.

You should be able to demonstrate your experience with b2b events and roundtables including building relationships with industry publications.

Essential requirements!

Experience working across one of their three practice areas - consumer, commodities or the industrial markets.

Experience working in Executive Search/recruitment preferred, alternatively a background in b2b professional services delivering successful marketing campaigns.

A passion for words, with exceptional copywriting and editing skills (and plenty of evidence!

A real do-er, who will bring passion, ideas, and strong relationship building to deliver results quickly.

A team player - enthusiastic, transparent and take a positive approach to problem solving, happy to get involved.

Offices - Soho

Hybrid - x3 office days per week
