Job description
ROLE: Head of Creative
Amazing opportunity for a Head of Creative to join a creative pet care company based in London. This is a fantastic role for a candidate with DTC experience who has primarily worked in house.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Taking insights across European markets you will conceptualise strong, thought-through concepts
- Create pitch documents and present your ideas
- Execute on concepts by turning them into high-quality work. Working on campaigns, print & digital, paid & organic social, email, OOH, TV adverts and more.
- Lead the team of designers, editors, copywriters across multiple projects and always ensure the quality and brand standards are met
- Be a brand guardian and consistently work to articulate and execute on-brand communication in the company's tone, values, proposition and visual standards.
Skills & Experience
- A highly strategic creative and non-traditional thinker with DTC examples of this shown on a portfolio
- Pitching experience
- Highly skilled at Adobe Suite
- An organisational powerhouse who's comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
- Well-practised in managing, influencing and inspiring people
