Head of Client Services

Job Summary

A retail design agency are looking for a Head of Client Services to join the team! This boutique agency deliver a range of retail installations, window displays and point of sale campaigns for luxury, high-end brands. They are now looking for someone to come in and lead their client services team to nurture client relationships and drive forward growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the client services team to ensure successful delivery of projects (retail installations, window displays, point of sale assets) and ensuring clients are satisfied
• Develop client strategies to encourage repeat business and long term relationships
• Lead on new business initiatives and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Align with design, construction, procurement and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of briefs
• Manage members of the team to ensure successful development

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years Account Management experience within a retail design agency

Salary & Benefits

• £60-70k
• Hybrid working
