The company

Our client is a STUNNING luxury-meets-retail jewellery brand that have been growing and selling stunning jewellery pieces throughout the UK and US, and selling across brands including Harrods and Harvey Nichols for the last 12 years!

They're international and are continuing to dominate their market, having just opened their first London store in the heart of London whilst continuing to expand with a vision of sustainability alongside exciting collabs and varied products from fine jewellery to reworked gold.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, this is a new and exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, passionate ecommerce trade team. They're looking for an experienced ecommerce executive who is obsessed with all things analytical, and a strong knowledge of SEO, onsite search optimisation and CX.

The Responsibilities

Product:

  • Oversee product set-up for launches, product categorisation including tagging products for filters, on-site navigation and optimising search functionalities to enhance product discovery, customer experience, and ultimately to drive conversion rates.
  • Optimize on-site search experience using Algolia, leveraging the personalisation tool, AI feature and synonyms for the most optimised search experience for customers.
  • Ensure key landing pages on the site align with where users are landing and with current priorities.
  • Regularly analyse website performance data to inform strategies these strategies.
  • Provide the wider marketing team with tested product and landing page links for emails, paid ads and organic social, ensuring user journey is optimised for each channel.

Reporting:

  • Work closely with the Digital Analyst on reporting and analysis on site search, PLP, content performance, as well as wider website KPI's. Present findings, insights, and recommendations in weekly trade meeting.
  • Monitor and analyse user behaviour through tools like GA4 & Contentsquare, heatmaps, and session recording to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with Digital Analyst to analyse A/B and multivariate tests to optimise website elements, including landing pages, forms, calls to action, and checkout processes.
  • Consistently provide performance reports and recommendations for e-commerce improvement, leveraging insights from data analytics.

Content and Promotions:

  • Support the E-commerce Content Executive by making content updates and service page changes in Shopify Plus.
  • Serve as the liaison between Marketing teams, ensuring effective communication of site content updates, commercial messages, and execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Lead the planning, set-up, and ongoing optimisation of commercial activities and promotions in alignment with marketing and trading plans.

The Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as part of an E-commerce team, preferably at a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Good understanding of online trading and a strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Shopify Plus experience is essential
  • GA4 & Contentsquare highly preferable.
  • Black Friday/promotional experience
  • Detailed understanding of ecommerce, with hands-on experience of merchandising, customer journeys, online marketing and web analytics.
  • Understands how search engines crawl, index and value website structure.
  • Algolia or similar search platform experience preferable.

Location: West London

Hybrid: 3 days in office

Salary: up to £35,000
