Job description
Senior Product Manager - Retail & eCommerce - Fulltime - paying up to 90k - Hybrid
This is a hands-on role focused on improving how customers discover products across web and app. You'll be owning the full product discovery journey - things like search, filters, product tagging, content, and merchandising. It's all about helping people find the right product faster and creating a smooth, engaging experience that leads to better conversion.
What you'll be doing:
- Set the strategy and roadmap for product discovery across digital platforms.
- Work closely with design, tech, and marketing to build and improve tools like search, filters, and content.
- Make smart product decisions based on data, user feedback, and business goals.
- Balance quick wins with longer-term ideas, and know when to build vs buy.
- Stay on top of trends - especially around personalisation, AI, and product storytelling.
- Focus on improving the full product experience, from how products are tagged to how they're presented.
What you'll need:
- A few years of product management experience in eCommerce or digital platforms (ideally across both web and app).
- Experience working on search, CMS, product info tools, or AI-driven recommendations.
- Good understanding of platforms like Shopify, Algolia, PIM, or DAM tools.
- Strong communication skills - especially when working with devs and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable prioritising, testing ideas, and making decisions in fast-moving environments.
Bonus points if you've:
- Worked on apps with A/B testing and iterative development.
- Managed remote or offshore teams.
- Got a real passion for eCommerce and building great digital experiences.
