Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We're currently partnered with one of the world's leading entertainment brands who are looking for a customer-focused Digital Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing with 1 direct report you will play a pivotal role in shaping their online presence and driving digital engagement with their audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to continually drive online visibility, drive traffic, increase customer engagement and conversion.
  • Manage and optimise the site to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant and aligned with brand messaging and promotions
  • Oversee all aspects of digital advertising campaigns across PPC, display ads, social media, CRM - email and SMS, App CVM features
  • Continually growing and driving customer communications, improvement of local market audience targeting, database growth and ROI
  • Working closely with the Digital Director and Media Planner to brief and oversee paid media campaigns
  • Monitor, analyse and report on website performance, traffic, customer journey, conversion, trading and forecasting, identifying opportunities to improve performance and drive growth
  • Management and development of 1 direct report

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in a data-driven digital marketing role within a fast-paced consumer business - retail/ecomm/DTC a huge plus!
  • Experienced in managing and reporting on websites with high traffic and transaction rates
  • Confident in the delivery of growth targets, traffic, revenue and profit
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, CMS, digital content strategies, acquisition campaigns, and CVM technologies
  • Able to analyse and report on insights and data to understand customer behaviour to improve performance and sales/conversion

Location & Workplace Policy

  • West London, 4 days on-site (split between office and agency)

Salary & Benefits

  • £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits
