Digital Marketing Lead


A really exciting, successful entertainment brand is looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing expert to lead on all digital channels, expanding the brand in the UK.

This is a fully remote role reporting into the CEO, so this person must be able to work autonomously and be a confident self-starter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and launching all omnichannel digital campaigns
  • Analysing data and reporting, focusing on measurable results and making improvement where necessary
  • Identifying key opportunities and creating plans to tackle them
  • Delivering challenging KPIs, measuring and demonstrating ROI
  • Managing the CRM database, HubSpot, and improving customer journey on the website
  • Using digital channels to build awareness and drive revenue for the brand

Skills & Experience

  • 2-4 years digital marketing experience
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Data driven with an analytical approach
  • Experience with CMS systems
  • Hospitality/entertainment experience would be a bonus
  • Ideally a marketing/business related degree

Salary & Benefits

  • £40,000 - £50,000
