FREELANCE DIGITAL PRODUCER

Digital Assistant Producers work on campaigns to promote a range of our products and industry leading content covering four territories (UK, ROI, Germany, and Italy). This role works with multiple producers and teams, providing a great opportunity for professional growth and development.

Digital Assistant Producers will follow a brief from conception to completion, working closely with design, copy, development, and QA. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a process driven approach across multiple digital disciplines.

What you'll do:

  • Support Digital Producers in the team on larger projects
  • Manage and produce small digital projects end-to-end, liaising directly with marketing stakeholders and advising on best digital practises
  • Review and write creative and technical briefs for our studios
  • Run creative through both design and build phases
  • Maintain team documents including resource and project trackers
  • Present work to clients and manage feedback

What you'll bring:

  • 2 year+ relevant experience in a creative agency or client marketing team
  • An interest and focus on digital platforms across multiple disciplines i.e. Social, web banners, and websites
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive a project from brief to delivery
  • A can-do attitude: with a flexible, solution orientated and pro-active approach
  • Great communication skills - able to form and maintain relationships internally and externally
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Your office base:

West London - 3 days in (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday). 2 days WFH (Wednesday & Friday).
