Job description

ROLE: Mid/Snr Designer

Fantastic opportunity to join a sustainable personal care product company based in London!

Key Responsibilities

- The development and execution of retail packaging, ensuring the brand carves through the shelf noise whilst succinctly communicating USP's
- POS design, working alongside a copywriter to guarantee key messaging is being communicated as legibly and boldly as possible
- Offline media concept creation and design; direct mail, newspaper/magazine ads, OOH print
- Elevating the creative aesthetic across all design touch points; web, social, CRM, brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design elements

Skills & Experience

- Up to date portfolio demonstrating a thorough understanding of all channels
- Experience in retail design; packaging, POS and offline media design
- Thorough understanding of outputting for print, considering nuances and limitations across
print processes
- Ability to deliver to often tight, reactive briefs and deadlines
- A brilliant communicator to ensure projects are managed smoothly and efficiently
- An absolutely acute attention to detail
