ROLE: Design Lead

Amazing opportunity to be part of a large sports betting company

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for all design content on your brand and seeking out opportunities to create engaging visual concepts.
- Leading and overseeing the work of the team, ensuring that guidelines are adhered to and quality maintained
- Designing, concepting and overseeing content across all channels
- Inspiring creativity throughout all design, working closely with Copywriters and production and the delivery team to build 360 executions of all campaigns
- Pitching and presenting campaigns and promotions with the ability to articulate creative decisions

Skills & Experience

- A portfolio to demonstrate strong concepts through execution
- Related experience as a senior Designer in an agency or in-house
- Team management experience with ability to lead and develop designers
- On-set experience - TV, Photography and Social content
- Presenting and pitching
- Interest/ experience with sports (football especially)

Salary & Benefits

- £50k
- Hybrid working (2/3 days in the office)
- Yearly bonus
