Job description
Design Director - brand - Hybrid / London
I am looking for a talented Design Director with the strong ability to craft and work with typography to work on a range of brand campaign output.
What I need from you:
- You are a design lead or design director with a strong brand design background
- You have a beautifully presented team portfolio of work displaying your craft and ability to work with typography
- Experience in a similar role or a senior designer ready to step up
- The ability to craft and design for brand idenity and brand campaigns across digital and print TTL output
- Team management & development experience is an absolute must - at least 2 or 3 direct reports
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- An approachable and friendly nature with a lack of ego and strong ability to build rapport with your colleagues
- The ability to confidently and articulately pitch and present your ideas to internal and external stakeholders
- The desire to keep up with trends, best practices etc and inspiring teams to do so
- Forward-thinking, confidence challenging briefs
Salary: £65-£70k
Location: hybrid working 3 days per week in Central London, 2 days from home
