Major Players is partnering with an independent creative agency in Central London to find a dynamic Producer for their integrated production team. This role will be initially a 12-15 month fixed term contract role working on a hybrid basis with two days a week being office based in Central London.

About You and the Role

As a Producer, you'll need an expert understanding and passion for production & project management. Excellent organisational and personable skills are a must, along with the ability to manage varied internal and external relationships. Your role will involve overseeing all elements of production and project management within the department. Working closely with the Creative Director and the team, you'll create and implement best production practices to deliver award-winning campaigns.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing production and project management of campaigns.
  • Managing the Production / PM team.
  • Developing, coordinating, and managing campaigns within deadlines and budgets.
  • Actively contributing to ideation and creative development.
  • Collaborating with the Creative Director to innovate campaign production.
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance.
  • Liaising with Marketing for campaign support and PR.
  • Maintaining client contact and providing campaign updates.
  • Supporting and communicating with Creatives.
  • Capturing campaign highlights via media.
  • Staying commercially aware of performance

  • Passionate about advertising, media, film, and cinema

Key Competencies:

  • Experience in commercial project management, particularly in Content and Experiential productions.
  • Understanding of content production processes.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Tools.
