Creative Producer

Major Players are working with a boutique independent content-led creative agency based in London. They craft compelling and innovative content that resonates with audiences and drives success for our clients.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Producer to join their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a strong background in client facing production. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of creative content projects, from initial pitch to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Pitches:

• Interrogate briefs and develop content-first, insight-based creative routes.
• Assemble pitch decks and creative treatments.
• Deliver and help win pitches.

Creative Development:

• Edit and develop scripts, and where appropriate, write scripts.
• Produce mood boards and PowerPoint decks for content assets.

Account Management:

• Project manage client accounts across the full creative and production process.
• Oversee creative ideation, strategy, and development through to pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery of all video assets.

Production:

• Plan productions, contact and book crew and suppliers.
• Manage production budgets and track to ensure efficient and profitable work across all campaigns.
• Serve as an on-set producer.
