Creative Agency Partner

My client is an award winning, Out of Home (OOH) media specialist, we are looking for a Creative Agency Partner to spearhead strategic relationships with creative agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Client team to identify and pursue creative and commercial opportunities across key accounts.
• Take full ownership of the agency engagement strategy, enhancing existing partnerships while proactively uncovering new ones.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with creative agencies.
• Lead proactive pitches, offering fresh ideas and bespoke solutions to elevate our clients' brand presence through OOH.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop communications that resonate with and include the creative community.
• Become a visible and trusted creative voice within your agencies, offering strategic guidance and media insight.
• Present standout, creative-led solutions that influence media planning decisions.
• Accurately log and manage all activity via our CRM system to ensure transparency and accountability.

Skills and experience required:

• 5+ years' experience in client development within a creative or media agency environment.
• A network of established relationships within the creative agency landscape is a strong plus.
• A proven track record in driving new business and delivering growth.
• Strong cross-media knowledge, with a deep understanding of how Out of Home (OOH) fits within the broader media mix.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, productive relationships at all levels.
• A confident and empathetic communicator, comfortable creating compelling proposals and delivering standout presentations.
• Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative and strategic thinker, known for bringing smart solutions to the table.
• A true team player who thrives in collaboration and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
