Job Summary

Due to continued growth, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Partner to join an established digital media and insights agency in central London. They have recently partnered with an extremely well-known brand in the wellness space, so this person will be joining their Client Success team and taking the lead with this exciting account (plus others on the horizon), managing a team of up to 3 direct reports to create and deliver strategic performance campaigns across paid search, paid social and programmatic to achieve the brands goals, KPI's and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing key senior relationships with your clients
• Identifying and driving new business and up-sell opportunities through existing and new business relationships
• Creating strategic account plans (across strategy, insights and media planning) tailored to their core insights and audience understanding to achieve the clients goals
• Managing forecasts, productivity and profitability of your clients to meet required targets, KPI's and setting/ reviewing fee levels
• Networking within the marketing and media community
• Leading a team up of to 3 Client Success Managers

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in digital media advertising, either working for brands or digital media agencies
• Experienced in working with blue-chip/ large organisations and managing budgets of >£2m
• A strong understanding of the media landscape, communications planning and media solutions available in the market
• Confident in working with research, insights and strategists to shape strategic media plans
• Commercially minded, extensive experience in client facing roles and confident in presenting

Location & Workplace Policy

• Central London, hybrid working

Salary

• £80,000 per annum plus bonus and excellent benefits package
