Job description

Major Players are working with a leading brand experience agency based in Surrey. We are seeking a Client Experience Lead who excels at managing client expectations and delivering excellent creative campaigns. The Client Experience Lead must be passionate and interested in tech including AI and VR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support key accounts, fostering team spirit and collaboration throughout projects.
  • Build fast trust and value with clients
  • Engage in commercial dealings, identifying opportunities to expand our service footprint.
  • Contribute to client retention and growth strategies across our portfolio.
  • Ability to develop scopes of work with clear, measurable objectives.
  • Collaborate with strategists to create inspiring creative briefs.


Skills and qualifications:

  • Must have agency experience in experiential or event-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing brands and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and client relationships.
  • Meticulous attention to detail ensuring professionalism in all engagements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, driving smart, collaborative decisions.
  • Passionate about creativity, seamlessly working with studio and production teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, procurement, and revenue forecasting.
