New Business Director (Retail Design Agency)
£75k plus comms and bens
MUST HAVES;
- Solid business development experience from a creative/design agency
- Strong understanding of, and traction with, clients in retail or fmcg
Our client is a B-Corp status creative design & production agency with a specialism in creating globally recognised retail space that bring communities together. They are progressive agency and experts in retail design, brand activation, pop up design, digital activations and content creations.
The new business director will be responsible for identifying new clients and help to shape the marketing content to entice them. Clients are broad and include the likes of Timberland, Selfridges and Vivienne Westwood so must be able to demonstrate that you have presented, pitched and won business from similar clients.
This will suit someone who is adept at developing relationships with a wide variety and all levels of clients. A confident and assertive presentation style is expected and strong commercial understanding.
Working closely with the Client Services Director and MD, you'll be building and maintaining strategic opportunity pipeline with support from the New Business Manager and Marketing Manager. You'll develop the agency credentials and showcase all areas of the business and participate In Industry events to network.
Hybrid policy is x3 days a week in the studio, based in Shoreditch.
