Business Development Director

£80-120k + comms (experiential agency)

  • Min 5 -10 yrs sales and business development experience in the experiential/event
  • Proven track record of winning big logos in the following sectors - Defence, iGaming, Aerospace, Finance, Electronics and Manufacturing Industries
  • A natural skill in revenue generation, pitching and selling

Our client is a digital solutions agency specialising in pioneering exhibition stand design and experiential marketing. For over 25 years they have helped some of the world's most prestigious brands to showcase and launch products using the latest innovations in tech, AI, VR, 3D animation and AR.

Joining a team of over 100 specialists, you'll be tasked with driving new revenues through the acquisition of exciting new clients across every vertical sector. You must have a track record of winning large logo business - global brands - and incorporating creative, innovative ideas to close deals. .

This is a completely unique opportunity to be at the forefront of experiential and exhibition design with one of the most reputable and successful businesses globally and will be a career defining move for whoever secures this role. The financial rewards are high for those who deliver against target and the growth potential is super exciting. You could easily be on your way to VP level once successful - the floor is open!

Working closely with the Founder, you'll be building the pipeline and business strategy to incorporate new tech innovations, scoping the market for contacts and new ideas. Sectors of specific interest are Defence, iGaming, Aerospace, Finance, Electronics and Manufacturing Industries.

We are seeking a highly experienced sales operator who has a track record of opening doors with big brands, a solid understanding of the exhibition/experiential space and a genuine passion for anything and everything to do with emerging technologies. You will be comfortable pitching for £ multi-thousand+ work, networking with C-Suite and reporting to a board.

This role is remote-first with occasional (weekly/bi weekly) travel to their office on the South Coast. Benefits include 25 days holiday, pension contribution, health cash plan and other health insurances plus all the tools and support required to excel within the role.
