Are you a Senior Behavioural Economist / Behavioural Science Strategy Consultant looking for a new role? As the ideal candidate you will possess a deep understanding of behavioural economics principles and their practical application in solving complex business challenges. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects, drive strategic initiatives, and shape the direction of behavioural science within the business and for the clients you are working with.

To be best suited to this role you will have:
- At least 5 years of experience working in a consulting firm, research organisation, or agency environment, with a focus on applying behavioural economics principles to real-world problems.
- Deep understanding of behavioural economics theory, including concepts such as decision biases, heuristics, and choice architecture. Proven track record of applying behavioural science principles to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with experience using statistical software and data visualisation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading projects or teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A master's or Ph.D. degree in Economics, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field would be useful but not essential if you can prove your experience in the field.
