We're working with one of the biggest agency groups in the world on this exciting new position. Reporting into the Global Chief Growth Officer and overseeing a team of 3 in the BD team, you will be an integral part of the global growth strategy.

You'll be guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, providing tools and materials to enable the new business team to function effectively. Overseeing budgets, tracking new business wins and reviewing performance and costs.

You will be finding new and exciting ways to engage and convert new clients, constantly looking for ways to improve the New Business and Marketing functions by being proactive in suggesting and scoping changes.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients you'll need to understand their objectives and present to the senior team and other key stakeholders.

Experience & Skills;

Min 4 years exp in an agency side Senior New Business role

Expert in helping drive and deliver growth (Pitches, RFI/RFP management)

Experience in designing and implementing new business and marketing strategies

A self-starter who can work independently, quickly, and accurately across different teams

Confident writer and be able to show examples of high-quality written work

Analytical and detailed oriented

Office in Kings cross, x3 days a week
