Job description

ROLE: Associate Creative Director

Amazing opportunity for a Senior Creative/Designer or Associate Creative Director to join an immersive experience studio.

Key Responsibilities

- Have oversight and take accountability for the creative output of all project
- Building and leading teams through design and delivery process.
- Direct or inputs in all creative components of a project such as filming, lightning, audio design, script, choreography.
- Support and lead artists through the creative process
- Collaborate with senior studio team members to drive innovation
- Craft creative approach that is appropriate to a projects scope and budget

Skills & Experience

- Understand the full 3D animation pipeline, techniques, and execution
- Proven experience within immersive experiences
- Outstanding idea generation and the ability to think outside of the box
- Experience with line management or mentoring
- Experience with Adobe CC and C4D
- Experience with sound design and lighting design

Salary & Benefits
