Job description
Major Players are working alongside an award winning creative agency who are looking for an Account Director to join their Central London office on a hybrid basis. This role will be based onsite with the client and at the agency HQ.
As an Account Director you will play a pivotal role in steering content strategy, overseeing end-to-end projects, and contributing to the growth of groundbreaking product categories. Their work extends beyond traditional advertising, focusing on impactful campaigns that enhance customer choices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects with clear, decisive direction and strategic insight.
- Develop short-term project briefs and contribute to longer-term planning.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, managing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Drive impactful creative, collaborating with creative teams to elevate work for client presentation.
- Integrate projects across channels for a comprehensive approach.
Key Skills:
- Strong creative planning and organizing skills.
- Passion for creativity and staying updated on industry trends and technology.
- Experience in delivering work across various social platforms and guiding best practices.
- Ability to delegate work effectively, coach team members, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of social content creation, CRM campaigns, digital design, and production processes.
- Appreciation of the critical role of data in social and CRM campaigns.
