Account Director - Branding Agency - Property

Major Players are working with a dynamic independent brand agency who specialise in the property and real estate sectors to recruit an Account Director into their Central London based team. They pride themselves on delivering top-notch strategic, creative, and commercial solutions for our clients. This would be a hybrid role with two days office based.

They are looking for a confident communicator who can lead on client communications as well as seamlessly managing projects from brief through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with senior clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
• Expand client business by securing new briefs and proposing innovative solutions beyond existing ones.
• Ensure profitable growth of client accounts, timely client payments, and accurate revenue forecasting.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality work that meets client briefs, deadlines, and budgets.
• Inspire and develop the project management team, fostering collaboration across departments and with partner agencies.
• Assist clients in developing and refining their strategies within the real estate sector.
• Proactively anticipate issues and take decisive action to resolve them.
