Job Summary

An award-winning experiential agency are looking for an Account Director to join the team! This person will head up a team and work with global brands within Retail, Fashion and FMCG, to deliver a range of events activations, digital and social campaigns. This is the perfect opportunity for an Experiential Account Director, looking to be challenged while working on forward-thinking campaigns!

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across a range of campaigns including live events, brand experiences, festival activations, tours, influencer campaigns, and social/digital campaigns
  • Oversee projects from brief through to delivery
  • Manage a team of 3, being responsible for their growth, development and progression
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, interrogating briefs and advising on strategic direction
  • Deliver proposals and present pitches
  • Win and grow new and existing clients
  • Own financial management of accounts

Key Experience

  • Experience as an Account Director delivering experiential projects within an agency
  • Experience working on culture/gen Z led projects

Salary

  • £50-65k (depending on experience/level)
  • 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
