<p><strong>CREATIVE STRATEGY LEAD / STRATEGY DIRECTOR<br>
Permanent | London-based hybrid<br>
4 days a week</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Creative Strategy Lead</strong> - someone who blends cultural instinct, creative thinking & strategic clarity to help shape work that actually moves people.</p>
<p>This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who can see around corners — interpreting culture, not just reacting to it. You’ll lead across brand positioning, campaigns, product & social strategy, guiding projects from sharp strategic thinking through to brave creative execution.</p>
<p>You’ll interrogate briefs, challenge assumptions & craft strategies that make brands culturally magnetic. You bring structure & vision to the creative process — defining strategic frameworks, sharpening decks, setting standards & ensuring work meets an ambitious creative benchmark.</p>
<p>You’re confident leading the room, able to provoke, inspire & protect good ideas. You’ll build strong, honest relationships with clients & internal teams — leading with empathy, rigour & taste.</p>
<p>As part of the leadership team, you’ll nurture a small group of strategists & researchers — helping them stretch their craft, build confidence & think bigger. You’ll also contribute to thought leadership through talks, sessions & reports, helping to amplify the agency’s point of view across the industry.</p>
<p>At this level, you’re not just shaping the work — you’re shaping how strategy operates across the business. You’ll help evolve process, raise standards & keep the agency at the edge of what’s next.</p>
