They are launching an immersive, high-energy experience that blends explosive group training with a genuine live DJ soundtrack, essentially turning a workout into a full-blown festival! </p>
<p>They are looking for a Marketing Manager who lives and breathes fitness, sport, and music culture. If you hate cliché, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to shape the story of a new fitness revolution, scaling it from a London launch to an international rollout - this is the role for you! </p>

<strong>The Opportunity </strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will own the marketing strategy end-to-end, driving ticket sales and building a community around this unique concept. You will be responsible for: </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Campaign Leadership: Delivering multi-channel campaigns (paid, owned, and earned) and managing budgets to drive awareness and ticket sales. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Content & Storytelling: Capturing the energy of live events for social channels (Reels, TikTok) and managing creative workflows to keep the "hype" alive. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Community & Partnerships: Owning influencer and ambassador programs, managing PR agencies, and activating grassroots partnerships with local gyms and businesses. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Data & Optimization: Tracking performance trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and ensure every touchpoint is optimized for conversion. </p>
</ul>

<strong>Your Profile </strong></p>
<p>My client is looking for a natural storyteller who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making. To be successful, you should have: </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Event Marketing: Proven experience in event marketing, ideally within the fitness, entertainment, or mass participation sectors. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Creative & Commercial: Strong copywriting skills and the ability to turn analytical insights into actionable marketing strategies. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Technical Skills: Fluency in social media strategy; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and design tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva) is a strong bonus. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Culture Fit: A passion for music and fitness, with high standards and a desire to work in a fun, fast-paced team that rejects the ordinary. </p>
</ul>

<p>£45,000 per annum plus bonus </p>
