<p>Take full creative ownership for elite athletes, shaping their personal brands, merchandise, campaigns, and digital presence. Lead bold ideas in a fast-paced environment and deliver world-class creative that resonates globally.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
- Own and uphold exceptional creative standards across all studio output.<br>
- Lead concept development across apparel, design, social, marketing and print.<br>
- Develop visual identities, graphic systems and creative direction for athlete brands.<br>
- Ensure all creative work is visually outstanding, strategically aligned and commercially effective.<br>
- Lead art direction for campaigns, including photography and film shoots where required.<br>
- Mentor a small in-house team, scaling with freelancers when needed.<br>
- Research and apply emerging trends in fashion, culture and design to keep creative output ahead of the curve.
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
- 6+ years’ experience in a design role.<br>
- Proven experience managing projects from concept to delivery.<br>
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across branding, product and campaign work.<br>
- Confident working across multiple design styles and disciplines.<br>
- Exceptional eye for detail, typography and colour.<br>
- Interest in motorsport or experience working with athletes or sports organisations desirable.<br>
- Interest in fashion and streetwear culture advantageous.
<p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p>
- £60k per annum<br>
- 20 days’ annual leave plus minimum 5 days over Christmas and New Year<br>
- Additional paid day off for your birthday<br>
- Days in lieu for weekend work when required<br>
- Budget for personal training and development
