Major Players are partnering with an innovative experiential media and technology agency, who are looking to hire an Account Director to join their Client Services team on a 12 month fixed term contract to provide maternity leave cover.<br> <br> The role focuses on building and nurturing long-term partnerships directly with brands while developing integrated creative solutions across digital out-of-home (DOOH), experiential, and immersive media channels.<br> <br> Responsibilities:<br> Client & Relationship Leadership <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organisations. <li>Position the company as a trusted innovation partner within experiential, immersive, and installation-led solutions. <li>Lead high-level client discussions around creative opportunities aligned to marketing and media objectives. <li>Deliver outstanding client service to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships. </ul> Commercial & Sales Ownership <ul> <li>Own revenue and margin targets for assigned client portfolios. <li>Accurately forecast sales pipelines and proactively identify growth opportunities. <li>Evaluate and qualify client briefs to identify strategic opportunities. <li>Develop integrated media solutions including DOOH, branded content, and immersive brand experiences. <li>Lead commercial negotiations around scope, pricing, and contract terms to secure profitable projects. </ul> Creative & Strategic Solutions <ul> <li>Collaborate with strategy, creative, studio, and technical teams to develop compelling campaign responses. <li>Lead pitch processes, including narrative development, presentation creation, and in-person pitching. <li>Translate marketing strategies into immersive and cross-channel creative concepts. <li>Support the development of innovative storytelling approaches using emerging technologies. </ul> Cross-Team Collaboration <ul> <li>Work across internal teams to develop integrated solutions for brands, agencies, and venues. <li>Partner with production and technical teams to ensure feasibility and accurate project scoping. <li>Represent client needs internally and contribute to the development of new products and go-to-market strategies. </ul> Delivery Oversight <ul> <li>Oversee projects from initial qualification through to final delivery. <li>Ensure creative and strategic objectives are maintained throughout project execution. <li>Support project teams during key milestones including client reviews, site visits, previews, and launch moments. <li>Manage client expectations and resolve challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. </ul> <br> Market Leadership <ul> <li>Stay informed on trends within experiential marketing and DOOH. <li>Share insights with clients and internal teams to drive innovative thinking. <li>Advocate for new ways brands can use immersive media environments and physical spaces. </ul> <br> Experience required: <ul> <li>Significant senior account management experience within a media agency, experiential agency, creative technology studio, or production company. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with brands and partners. <li>Experience leading pitches and winning projects valued between £250K and £1M+. <li>Strong understanding of DOOH, OOH, branded content, experiential, and immersive campaigns. <li>Excellent presentation, storytelling, and proposal development skills. <li>Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining </ul> attention to detail.<br> <br> Hours: Full time<br> Salary: £60-70,000, depending on experience<br> Office Location: Central East London – 3 days per week in office<br> <br> Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
