This role combines <strong>design, editing and content optimisation</strong>, making it perfect for someone who enjoys working across thumbnails, motion elements and video compilations while also crafting effective titles and metadata to maximise reach and engagement. If you’re efficient, detail-oriented and love creating polished digital content, this is a great opportunity to work on high-volume, highly visible YouTube projects.</span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">• Design <strong>thumbnail templates</strong> and visual assets for YouTube channels<br> • Create <strong>lower thirds and transition graphics</strong> for video compilations<br> • Design <strong>YouTube channel banners and branded visual assets</strong><br> • Edit and assemble <strong>video compilations and YouTube Shorts</strong> using existing content<br> • Produce regular content output across multiple channels, ensuring consistent quality and branding<br> • Refresh existing YouTube content including <strong>updating thumbnails, titles and metadata</strong> to improve performance</span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;"><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">• Strong experience as a <strong>Graphic Designer with video editing capability</strong><br> • Proven ability to create <strong>high-performing YouTube thumbnails and digital content assets</strong><br> • Experience editing <strong>YouTube videos, compilations or Shorts</strong><br> • Knowledge of <strong>YouTube metadata, titles and optimisation best practices</strong><br> • Proficiency in <strong>Adobe Creative Suite</strong> (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools<br> • Highly organised with the ability to manage <strong>high-volume content production efficiently</strong></span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;"><strong>Location & Workplace Policy:</strong></span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Remote role.
