<p>London | Hybrid | 3 Month Fixed Term Contract</p>

<strong>Location:</strong> 3 days per week in London office, 2 days remote</p>
<h3>The Role</h3>
<p>A London-based creative agency is looking for a <strong>Paid Social Specialist</strong> to support across a portfolio of premium brands.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on role for someone who understands paid social from a creative performance perspective. Not traditional paid media buying. Not just reporting. This sits at the intersection of platform mechanics, creative optimisation and commercial outcomes.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with creative, strategy and account teams to ensure paid social activity is structured properly, insight-led and built to drive measurable results.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Building and structuring paid social strategies aligned to clear business objectives</p>
<li>
<p>Planning, launching and optimising campaigns across Meta and TikTok</p>
<li>
<p>Developing account structures, testing frameworks and bidding approaches</p>
<li>
<p>Turning performance data into clear creative recommendations</p>
<li>
<p>Leading campaign reporting and performance reviews</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborating with internal creative teams to shape paid-ready assets</p>
<li>
<p>Supporting and guiding junior specialists where required</p>
</ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Proven paid social expertise across Meta and TikTok</p>
<li>
<p>Experience within a creative or digitally led agency environment</p>
<li>
<p>Strong understanding of creative testing, hooks and performance optimisation</p>
<li>
<p>Experience working with fashion, premium retail or tech brands preferred</p>
<li>
<p>Confident managing campaigns against conversion-led KPIs</p>
<li>
<p>Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness</p>
<li>
<p>B2B LinkedIn campaign experience a bonus</p>
</ul>
<p>You should be comfortable owning paid social from brief to optimisation, with a clear point of view on how creative and performance work together.</p>
