Job description
Major Players are partnering with a reputable global network advertising agency based in Birmingham to recruit for a Strategy Director, who can play a leading role in developing fame-generating and highly effective campaigns for some of the UK and Europe's best-known brands.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll collaborate closely with the creative and business leadership teams to drive client success through the delivery of inspiring and effective strategies. You'll be an engaging presenter and a natural collaborator, building strong relationships across teams to deliver exceptional work seamlessly.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading on high-level brand and communication/channel strategies.
- Researching, devising creative briefs, and actively guiding creative work from conception to execution.
- Accurately defining and scoping strategy projects while fostering excellent relationships with both internal teams and clients.
- Operating as a strategic advisor internally and externally with colleagues and clients.
- Championing channel-agnostic thinking, embracing new technologies and platforms.
- Leading marketing effectiveness initiatives, ensuring all strategies deliver measurable results.

- A highly skilled collaborator with exceptional relationship-building abilities, both within the agency and with clients.
- The ability to clearly communicate ideas that inspire, both verbally and in writing.
- The confidence to work with data and multiple research platforms, distilling complex findings into actionable insights.
Salary & Benefits:
- £55,000-60,000 depending on experience
