<p>A leading creative agency is looking for a <strong>Social Strategist</strong> to shape, define, and deliver best-in-class social strategies for global brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes culture, platforms, and audience behaviour — and knows how to turn insight into impactful creative and community-led campaigns.</p>
<p>You’ll join a collaborative, tight-knit strategy team where social sits at the heart of the work — driving ideas, not following them. You’ll work across major brands, helping to build relevance, engagement, and fame through social-first thinking.</p>
<p>This is a full-time hybrid role based in <strong>London</strong>, offering strategic influence, creative collaboration, and the opportunity to work on some exciting brands in the world.</p>

Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>

<p>Develop and deliver <strong>social-first strategies</strong> that inspire creative teams and drive measurable impact.</p>
<li>
<p>Analyse platform trends, audience behaviours, and cultural moments to uncover strategic opportunities.</p>
<li>
<p>Partner closely with creatives to ensure ideas are rooted in insight, platform thinking, and social craft.</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with clients to define <strong>social brand positioning, tone of voice, and content strategy</strong>.</p>
<li>
<p>Provide thought leadership on emerging platforms, creator economy shifts, and cultural trends.</p>
<li>
<p>Build frameworks for organic and paid social, balancing storytelling and performance.</p>
<li>
<p>Work with data and analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and optimise future work.</p>
<li>
<p>Present ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.</p>

Skills & Experience</h3>
<ul>

<p>Proven experience in <strong>social strategy</strong> ideally in a creative or social-first agency.</p>
<li>
<p>Deep understanding of <strong>platform ecosystems</strong>, audience segmentation, and cultural insight.</p>
<li>
<p>Strong strategic thinking — able to turn data and trends into actionable creative direction.</p>
<li>
<p>Familiar with social analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics.</p>
<li>
<p>Confident collaborator who can bridge creative and strategy teams seamlessly.</p>
<li>
<p>Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.</p>
<li>
<p>Passionate about <strong>social culture, communities, and creators</strong> — from TikTok to Twitch.</p>
