They've established themselves as a mainstay within the music industry, working with a wide range of labels, artists, DJs, promoters, and music brands to achieve their social media goals.

The Role

A visionary thinker who deeply values & understands the realm of modern social media.

You are not a people manager, but a key player, senior figurehead and thought leader within the business sitting within the strategy department reporting directly to the CEO of the agency. On a day to day basis you would collaborate with creative strategists within the strategy team as well as thebsocial AM team, who handle all things social media management & account management, to facilitate strategies and campaigns that get results, time and time again.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic consulting for clients
  • Building innovative social strategies
  • Analytics & reporting to improve results
  • Presenting strategies & ideas to the team

Required skills/interests

  • MUST HAVE Social media experience in a strategic role in an agency or music brand
  • Experience/understanding of the music industry
  • High level of strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to work independently.

London, up to £50K depending on experience
