Their mission? To take often “serious” brands and bring them to life in creative, engaging, and social-first ways.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">As their new <strong>Social Media Manager</strong>, you’ll join a supportive team of 10 within social, and collaborating with creative, production and film specialists to craft content that delivers impact while keeping things fresh and fun.</span></span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">What you’ll be doing:</span></span></h3> <ul> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Managing and executing social strategies across multiple employer branding clients</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Creating and curating <strong>original content</strong> for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Owning social calendars, content planning, copywriting, scheduling and reporting</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Collaborating with internal creative, film, and production teams to bring bold ideas to life</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Working closely with clients to keep their tone consistent while injecting creativity into their feeds</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Tracking performance metrics and advising on how to optimise campaigns</span></span></p> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">What we’re looking for:</span></span></h3> <ul> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Proven experience as a <strong>Social Media Manager</strong> (agency background preferred & experience working with corporate clients)</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Skilled in <strong>content creation</strong> – from posts to short-form video editing (Reels, TikToks, Stories)</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Comfortable working with <strong>corporate or employer branding clients</strong> while keeping content lively and relatable</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">A creative problem solver who can bring ideas to life with flair</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Knowledge of social trends, platforms, and tools, with an analytical eye to measure success</span></span></p> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment</span></span></p> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Why you’ll love it:</span></span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">You’ll get to work on campaigns for some of the <strong>biggest corporate names in the world</strong>, helping to make their employer brand stand out in bold, creative ways.
