<p>Social Creative Strategist</p> <p>London | Hybrid | Part-Time Contract</p> <p><strong>Contract:</strong> 2 to 3 months initially, review to extend<br> <strong>Rate:</strong> £3000-3,350 per month (3 days per week)<br> <strong>Location:</strong> 2 to 3 days per week in London office<br> <strong>Start:</strong> ASAP</p> <h3>The Opportunity</h3> <p>A London-based social creative agency is looking for a <strong>Social Creative Strategist</strong> to join on a part-time contract.</p> <p>This role is for someone genuinely social-first. Not traditional brand strategy. Not ATL campaign thinking adapted for feeds. You must understand how ideas are built inside platforms, communities and creator ecosystems.</p> <p>You will sit at the intersection of insight, partnerships and creative, shaping <strong>social-first responses</strong> across FMCG, retail, lifestyle and entertainment brands.</p> <h3>The Role</h3> <p>This is a mid-weight creative strategist position focused on developing <strong>social-first</strong> partnership ideas, pitch responses and culturally relevant campaign platforms.</p> <p>You will work closely with Data & Insights, Creative, Production and Partnerships teams to turn audience behaviour and platform intelligence into standout concepts that deliver measurable impact.</p> <p>Fast-moving, pitch-led and culturally driven.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <p><strong>Insight & Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with data teams to uncover meaningful audience and platform insights</p> <li> <p>Translate performance data into strong creative springboards</p> <li> <p>Build clear strategic narratives for brand partnerships</p> </ul> <p><strong>Creative Development</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop social-first creative platforms and partnership ideas</p> <li> <p>Shape content approaches across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels</p> <li> <p>Create clear, inspiring briefs for internal teams</p> <li> <p>Lead or support brainstorms and ideation sessions</p> </ul> <p><strong>Pitches & Partnerships</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Support proactive and reactive pitch responses</p> <li> <p>Build compelling decks with strong storytelling and rationale</p> <li> <p>Present work internally and externally when required</p> </ul> <p><strong>Content & Culture</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Shape creator strategies and partnership-led content series</p> <li> <p>Ensure ideas align with platform behaviour and community expectations</p> <li> <p>Stay ahead of social trends, format shifts and cultural movements</p> <li> <p>Contribute to evolving internal social strategy frameworks</p> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul> <li> <p>4+ years experience within a social-first agency, publisher or creator-led environment</p> <li> <p>Demonstrable experience building social-first strategies for pitches, partnerships or integrated campaigns</p> <li> <p>Deep understanding of platform nuance across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube</p> <li> <p>Confidence interpreting data and turning insight into creative opportunity</p> <li> <p>Strong deck writing and storytelling skills</p> <li> <p>Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial outcomes</p> <li> <p>Collaborative, proactive and culturally curious</p> </ul> <p>Experience within FMCG, retail or entertainment is helpful but not essential.</p> <h3>The Ideal Profile</h3> <p>You are a hybrid thinker. Equally comfortable in analytics conversations and creative brainstorms.
