Social Content Executive - Creative Agency
We're looking for a Social Content Executive to join a highly regarded creative agency. This agency covers creative development, production, brand partnerships, social strategy, and content creation. Working with major consumer brands across retail, FMCG, tech, and hospitality, they pride themselves on fostering a social, inclusive and driven environment while offering excellent career growth opportunities.
The Role: As a Social Content Executive, you'll manage the day-to-day social media activities for various clients and oversee influencer marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the entire influencer campaign process, from outreach and relationship building to execution and reporting. In addition, you will review and refine social copy, captions, and headlines with a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the social channels for various clients across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X
- Schedule and quality check content, manage communities and respond to both proactive and reactive engagement
- Oversee the full influencer campaign lifecycle, from strategy and creative development to post-campaign reporting
- Collaborate closely with account teams and leadership to ensure all projects, pitches, and campaigns are executed on time and meet the highest standards
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience running social channels within an agency environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
- Experience in running influencer marketing campaigns, including contract negotiations and campaign reporting
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
