We are looking for a visionary Senior Producer who has deep instinct for culture and content. Have you built something from the ground up and loved every moment of it? The Senior Producer will shape the creative direction of live content and bring the brand to life in bold, cinematic, and culturally relevant ways.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and inspire a high performing creative team (editor, videographer, producer)
- Set the creative direction and vision for all premium live content
- Develop standout campaigns that blend storytelling, social media, and experiential
- Develop and deliver standout content campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement
- Build from the ground up, from concept to execution across live events, video, and digital platforms
- Work closely with artists, promoters, and rights holders to create meaningful, fan-first content
- Own the creative tone of voice across all channels
- Bring cultural insight, taste, and originality to every piece of work
Ideal candidate:
- Strong work ethic, adaptable to change and a fast-paced working environment
- Experience producing live events, experiential and social campaigns
- Deep connection to fan culture; music, sport, experience-led content
- Hands-on production experience, including on-site shoot coordination
- A creative mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
