Job description
<p>Join a close-knit agency creating live events, activations and campaigns for recognised consumer brands. As the standalone design specialist, you will own projects across identity, event graphics, large-format print, campaign creative and digital work, partnering directly with producers and senior stakeholders from concept through final delivery.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead design projects from initial idea through artwork, production and installation.</li>
<li>Create brand identities, campaign systems, event graphics, signage and large-format print.</li>
<li>Translate client guidelines into distinctive physical and digital creative.</li>
<li>Present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients while managing several fast-moving briefs.</li>
<li>Prepare accurate production-ready artwork and liaise confidently with suppliers or fabricators.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills & Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong agency experience spanning both brand design and experiential or live-event work.</li>
<li>A portfolio showing identity, campaign, print, signage and digital projects, with your contribution clearly explained.</li>
<li>Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills plus working knowledge of Figma.</li>
<li>Confident taking physical outputs through production rather than handing them off at concept stage.</li>
<li>Comfortable operating independently as the design authority within a wider producer-led team.</li>
</ul>
