Senior Designer

<p dir="ltr"><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Work within a sociable, fast-moving creative team producing campaigns for live entertainment, cultural experiences and major public moments. </p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Develop campaign ideas and visual routes from concept through full asset rollout.</li> <li>Create high-quality print, OOH, large-format and digital work across multiple live briefs.</li> <li>Adapt established creative into new formats without losing clarity, craft or impact.</li> <li>Work closely with Creative Directors and Art Directors on brand vision and execution.</li> <li>Present work internally and protect quality across high volumes and short turnarounds.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Agency-side design experience with at strong concept-to-rollout campaigns in your portfolio.</li> <li>Excellent print, OOH and large-format craft alongside confident digital execution.</li> <li>Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills and practical Figma experience.</li> <li>Entertainment, theatre, live events, sport or culture experience is a bonus</li> <li>Comfortable managing several fast-moving projects and responding to evolving creative direction.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Hands-on, resilient and energised by pace.</li> <li>Social and collaborative, with the confidence to contribute in the room.</li> <li>Detail-focused without slowing down delivery.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>How to apply</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">If this sounds like the right fit, apply with your CV and portfolio link <strong>clearly labeled</strong>.
