<p dir="ltr"><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Join a newly forming in-house creative team working in paired designer-and-copywriter pods. You will develop and iterate high-volume work across Meta, TikTok, Connected TV and emerging formats, supported by editors and animators and with direct access to global creative leadership.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Develop platform-native performance concepts with a paired copywriter.</li> <li>Create and iterate multiple ad variants across Meta, TikTok, CTV and emerging formats.</li> <li>Use creative feedback and performance results to improve successive rounds of work.</li> <li>Maintain a high contemporary craft bar while operating at testing pace.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with copy, editing, animation and performance stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>At least four years of relevant design experience.</li> <li>A portfolio combining contemporary craft with hands-on paid-social or performance work.</li> <li>Evidence of creating variants and working within a structured testing cadence, not only brand campaigns later adapted for social.</li> <li>Comfort with high output, fast turnaround and multiple formats.</li> <li>D2C, startup, health or another regulated consumer category is useful but not essential.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Commercially curious and interested in how creative decisions affect performance.</li> <li>Comfortable giving and receiving direction inside a paired or pod structure.</li> <li>Adaptable and motivated by building a new function rather than joining a finished one.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>How to apply</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">If this sounds like the right fit, apply with your CV.
