Job description
My client is located in Manchester; working with some of the biggest brands in sport, gaming, and entertainment. We're looking for a Senior Campaign Analyst to lead on how data is used, AI, and automation to measure the impact of fan engagement, sponsorships, content, and marketing. In this role, you'll shape how we track and understand what's working, you'll take the lead in building smarter, faster, and more accurate ways to measure success using tools like AI-powered dashboards, predictive analytics, and real-time social data.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Our Measurement Strategy: Set the direction for how we use data and insights, helping us stay ahead with the latest in AI and analytics.
- Build Smart Dashboards: Design real-time dashboards that bring together key data on sponsorship performance, media value, and fan engagement.
- Sponsorship Insights: Develop a system to dig deeper into how fans view brands and how sponsorships perform.
- Use AI to Unlock Insights: Apply tools like machine learning and natural language processing to get faster, clearer insights from social and digital data.
- Track Return on Investment: Build models that show how fan engagement leads to real business results like sales, customer growth, or brand lift.
- Measure Talent & Content Impact: how well athletes, influencers, and branded content perform online-looking at sentiment, engagement, and ROI.
- Improve Media Value Tools: Help evolve how we measure the value of earned, owned, and paid media, so brands can see the full impact of their campaigns.
- Be a Trusted Client Partner: Share insights and present clear, actionable reports to clients-helping them understand results and spot opportunities to improve.
You'll Need:
- 6+ years of experience in social data, analytics, or marketing measurement, especially in sport, media, or agency work.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and techniques, including automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
- Experience measuring ROI and marketing impact using models like attribution or econometrics.
- Understanding of how to track brand impact in areas like sport, gaming, or entertainment.
- Hands-on experience with social listening, natural language processing, and working with first-party data.
- Great communication skills, you can turn complex data into clear stories and recommendations for clients.
- Experience using AI to analyse content performance or create automated reports.
