<p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-standing pioneer in the organic sector. They are looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager who can combine the strategic discipline of traditional FMCG brand building with the entrepreneurial agility of a startup. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take ownership of growing a brand's presence from digital roots to national retail expansion, this is the role for you. </p> <p><br> <strong>The Opportunity </strong></p> <p>In this role, you will work cross-functionally to translate insights into compelling brand strategies that deliver measurable business impact. You will be responsible for: <br>  </p> <ul> <li> <p>Strategic Ownership: Developing brand plans and refining positioning, tone of voice, and messaging to ensure resonance with target audiences. </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Digital Growth: Driving awareness through digital-first strategies—including social, influencers, and eCommerce—using consumer insights to optimize ROI. </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Retail Expansion: Preparing the brand for retail growth, managing packaging, pricing, and launch plans for grocery and convenience channels. </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Innovation: Leading the innovation pipeline for emerging brands and managing external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. </p> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p> <p>My client is looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and has hands-on execution skills.
