They are looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager who can combine the strategic discipline of traditional FMCG brand building with the entrepreneurial agility of a startup. <strong>The Opportunity </strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will work cross-functionally to translate insights into compelling brand strategies that deliver measurable business impact. You will be responsible for: <br>
</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Strategic Ownership: Developing brand plans and refining positioning, tone of voice, and messaging to ensure resonance with target audiences. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Digital Growth: Driving awareness through digital-first strategies—including social, influencers, and eCommerce—using consumer insights to optimize ROI. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Retail Expansion: Preparing the brand for retail growth, managing packaging, pricing, and launch plans for grocery and convenience channels. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Innovation: Leading the innovation pipeline for emerging brands and managing external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. </p>
</ul>

<p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p>
<p>My client is looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and has hands-on execution skills. To be successful, you should have:<br>
</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience: 3+ years of brand management experience, ideally within FMCG and startup/SME environments. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Digital Track Record: A proven history of building or scaling brands digitally and driving measurable consumer engagement. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer insights into compelling strategies. </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Retail Knowledge: Experience launching products into retail and eCommerce channels with a solid understanding of retail dynamics. <br>
</p>
</ul>

<p>Hybrid, 3 days office </p>

<p><strong>Salary & Benefits </strong></p>

<p>£60,000 - £65,000 per annum </p>
</ul>
