Senior Brand Manager

London, hybrid working, up to £80,000 pa based on experience

Major Players are delighted to be partnering with this household name technology brand in their search for a passionate Senior Brand Manager.

This client are a customer centric, technology driven company who combine the agile nature of a start up with the commercial credibility of a well established, multi brand group. This is a rare combination, and they are keen to bring someone on board with a passion for brand, who can elevate their brand positioning and TOV. A central linchpin in the marketing team, this hire will be instrumental in delivering successful, high impact TTL campaigns. TV experience is a must!

Role responsibilities;

  • Lead on brand strategy and creative development
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Compelling storytelling, driving high impact campaigns with brand at the forefront
  • Manage the creative agency roster, ensuring clear communications and expectations
  • Deliver through the line campaigns, optimising and reporting on their success with key stakeholders
  • Leverage data to provide insight for brand strategy
  • Deeply understand core audiences and align campaign objectives to target them
  • Monitor competitor activity, keeping abreast of industry trends
  • Be a brand champion and expert within the team, eat sleep and breathe all things brand

Skills and experience;

  • 4-5 years in a brand focused, customer centric marketing role - preferably B2C
  • Verifiable agency management experience
  • Excellent understanding of traditional brand frameworks and demonstrable experience in applying them to generate high impact marketing
  • A strong passion for brand and all the discipline entails
  • TV experience is a must - this role requires full TTL experience
  • The ability to get stuck in, this is a pivotal brand role in the marketing team so you must be prepared to work across channels and be hands on
  • A resourceful nature, with experience maximising budgets for high value campaigns with successful results
  • A sharp analytical mind, using data to drive outside the box thinking
