Job description

Major Players are partnering with an innovative experiential media and technology agency, who are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to join its fast-growing team in London. You will create large-scale immersive activations and cutting-edge digital experiences for some of the world’s most recognised brands, blending creative, technology and production to deliver high-impact campaigns.<br> <br> The successful candidate will take ownership of accounts, manage campaign development from concept through delivery, and work closely with creative and technical teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.<br> <br> Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and brand clients <li>Qualify client briefs and translate them into creative experiential proposals <li>Develop compelling presentations and decks that include innovative out-of-home and immersive campaign ideas <li>Work closely with internal creative, technical production, and delivery teams to develop campaign solutions <li>Lead the creative proposal and pitching process as part of the sales pipeline <li>Manage projects from initial concept through to handover to production teams <li>Handle fast-turnaround briefs and campaign opportunities <li>Identify new market opportunities and proactively develop new client relationships <li>Manage and grow key client accounts while delivering exceptional service <li>Host client meetings, workshops and presentations <li>Attend site visits, activations and occasional international projects </ul> <br> Experience required: <ul> <li>5+ years experience in events, experiential marketing, media, production or agency environments <li>Proven ability to manage agency and client relationships <li>Experience developing creative proposals or campaign presentations <li>Strong organisational and project management skills <li>Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close opportunities <li>Confident communicator able to lead meetings and presentations <li>Ability to work in fast-moving environments with quick project turnaround </ul> Desirable: <ul> <li>Experience within experiential out-of-home (OOH) or immersive brand activations <li>Exposure to AV production, projection, LED, or interactive technologies </ul> Hours: Full time<br> Salary: £45-50,000, depending on experience<br> Office Location: Central East London – 3 days per week in office<br> <br> Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
