<p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">Account Director – Influencer Marketing</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">£350per day | Outside IR35 | 3-month contract (review to extend)<br> Hybrid working: 3 days in London office, 2 days remote<br> FMCG & Healthcare clients</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">About the agency:</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">Our client is a leading, independent, marketing agency helping organisations evolve whilst having the freedom to deliver original thinking while investing deeply in their clients and people.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">About the team:</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">The Influencer Marketing team sits within the central digital division, working closely with specialists across data, planning, creative and content.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">The team delivers social, influencer and digital-first campaigns across multiple practices. Collaboration is a big part of the culture, with a non-hierarchical structure where teams work closely together to deliver standout work for clients.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">The Role:</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">Our client is looking for an Influencer Account Director to join their Creator team on a freelance basis.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting strategy with execution, translating campaign ideas into creator-led activations and social-first content strategies.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">You will play a key role in developing influencer programmes, shaping content strategy and managing end-to-end campaign delivery across FMCG and healthcare projects.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">The successful candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, planning and analytics teams while acting as a trusted partner to clients.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">Key Responsibilities:</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">• Develop influencer and content strategies across social and integrated campaigns<br> • Lead the planning and execution of influencer programmes from concept through to delivery<br> • Write digital proposals, campaign plans and content frameworks<br> • Manage client relationships and confidently present strategic recommendations<br> • Collaborate with creative, data and paid media teams to optimise campaign impact<br> • Oversee influencer partnerships and agency relationships<br> • Ensure high-quality creator content is delivered across campaigns<br> • Mentor junior team members and support team development<br> • Contribute to new business opportunities and client growth initiatives</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">What We’re Looking For:</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">• 6-8+ years’ experience in influencer or digital marketing within an agency environment<br> • Strong experience developing and delivering influencer and content strategies<br> • Proven track record managing creator partnerships and campaign execution<br> • Experience working across consumer brands, ideally FMCG and/or healthcare<br> • Excellent client management and presentation skills<br> • Strong understanding of the social and influencer landscape<br> • Experience collaborating across creative, paid and earned media teams<br> • Naturally curious about digital trends, emerging platforms and creator culture</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0px;">If you’re a strategic influencer specialist who enjoys bringing campaigns to life through creators and social-first thinking, we’d love to hear from you, <strong>please apply/email your latest CV, available start date and relevant case studies to: Ella.augustin@majorplayers.co.uk</strong> </span></p>
