Senior Account Director

Your focus will be:</span></span> <ul> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;"><strong>Strategic Client Leadership (50%):</strong> You won’t just take orders; you’ll negotiate scopes, forecast workloads, and proactively drive business activity. You’ll present creative work with persuasion and presence, ensuring clients feel total confidence in the agency's delivery.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;"><strong>Team & Resource Mentorship (40%):</strong> You’ll lead by example, mentoring the account service team and partnering with the creative studio.
